️Nico️. Chapter One

Nico awoke to Jason, literally.

"Nico! Wake up!" Jason said in Nico's ear. He didn't want to wake up. It was the first day of winter break. That means sleeping in.

"NEEKS!"

"Don't call me that." Nico grumbled from his sleep. He sat up in bed.

"What do you want Grace?"

"Well, I just wanted to tell you that I'm leaving." Jason said casually.

"Wait, what? You can't. You're one the few that know." Nico said. Sure, he sounded like a complaining child but this was serious. Jason was one the few that knew he was gay. Out of all of the people in the world only 6 people knew.

"I'm sorry Nico, but Leo came back vacation in New Rome and needs someone to show him around school and I volunteered." Jason said. Curse Valdez.

"Then who am I going to room with?" Nico asked.

" Some Will Solace guy. Son of Apollo."

Great. Will was someone Nico barely knew. Nico didn't like people. This is terrible.

"Anyways. I gotta go. See you around Nico." Jason said. And with that, he was gone. Nico needed to talk to someone about his situation. But who?

Of course! Bianca di Angelo! His sister. Nico grabbed his phone from his bedside table.

Nico: hey. Can u meet me out side of skool?

Bianca: sure

Bianca: see u later neeks!

Nico put on his usual clothes and went outside the boy's dorms. It was snowing. Of course the cold didn't bother Nico but still. It was still likely to get hit by a snowball by 'accident'. Nico didn't like people and people didn't like him. Being a son of Hades made sure of that. Bianca has it easier though, she made friends easily.

"Nico!"

"What?" Nico said startled. It was Bianca.

"You called me out here." Bianca said,"Also, it's a little too cold for just a jacket don't ya think?"

"I like the cold." Nico said truthfully.

"Come on. I'll treat you to breakfast." Bianca said taking Nico's hand.

"Where to?" Nico asked.

"Coffee shop." Bianca answered. There were multiple shops all around school grounds. Students went there all the time.

When they got there, Nico didn't feel like eating anything.

"So... you have something to tell me?" Bianca asked.

"Yes. Jason moved out."

Bianca considered this for a moment.

"Just don't say anything to them."

"Easier said than done." Nico grumbled.

"Nico?"

"Yea?"

Bianca looked down.

"Dad Iris Messaged me last night." she said quietly. Dad, Hades, barely talked to us. It was always Bianca he would talk to if he did show his godly hide. Nico was always ignored. Nico had went on a unofficial quest a couple months ago, he had nearly killed himself trying to complete it. Getting the Athena Parthenos from Greece to New York by shadow travel. It was risky, Nico almost became a shadow himself. Hades didn't even congratulate him, Nico didn't expect it though. Bianca took it seriously.

"What did he say?" He asked.

"Dad wants us to come to his palace for as long as we want, said he just wants to talk." Bianca said.

"Let's go then." Nico said.

"But-"

"We're going. What's the worst that could happen?"

"Fine. Only for a day or two." Bianca said. Then they left without eating anything.

Nico found Will inside.

"Hi, I'm-" he started.

"I'm leaving soon." Nico said.

"But, they told me you wouldn't be leaving." Will said. Nico glances at the healer. He had messy blond hair, like Jason's. The similarities ended there. Will looked more relaxing. His eyes were blue. He looked... sunny. As expected of a son of Apollo.

"Hades called." Nico said. Will looked confused for a second, then he seemed to remember that Nico was a son of Hades.

"How are you going to get there?" Will asked. Now Will was being an idiot.

"Idiota. Shadow travel." Nico said.

"You shouldn't shadow travel."

"Why?"

"Because you could turn into a shadow if you're not careful!" Will said.

"How do you know?" Nico asked, surprised. It was the seven and Reyna that had gotten most of the credit for ending the war.

Will blushed,"Never mind."

Nico grabbed some stuff from his room, put it in a bag and was out the door.

That Solace was annoying. Asking Nico multiple questions! First of all, why did he care? Nobody really cares that much besides a few people like Bianca! Why was Nico focusing so much on the son of Apollo?! That didn't matter now. Nico has to push Will out of his mind. He was going to the underworld now. He couldn't be distracted if he was to shadow travel them there. Something Will said came back to him; You could turn into a shadow if you're not careful! Not Will again!

He ran into Bianca.

"Nico! Slow down!" Bianca said,"Why are you running?" Nico didn't want to say anything about Will yet.

"No reason. Ready?" Nico said. Bianca looked worried. Did she know?

"I don't think you should be the one to do it." Bianca said,"You could turn into a shadow." Thank the gods she didn't find out that he was thinking about Will! I mean... no he wasn't!

"Alright fine. You do it." Nico admitted. Bianca took his hand and they melted into the shadows to the underworld.

️Will Chapter 2

Nico has shut Will down pretty quickly. I mean, Will was just trying to be nice. He had heard that Nico didn't like people but Will didn't think it was true. There was only one thing to do, investigate Nico. Ok , ok, not investigate Nico. But more trying to get to know him.

Nico and his sister, Bianca, returned after one day. That was fast, Will thought. Good thing too... said a small voice in the back of his mind. Shut up, Will thought. Anyways, Nico returned at night so Will didn't get any time to talk to him.Then when Will woke up, Nico was gone. He seemed to be avoiding Will. He couldn't help but wonder why.

Worst part of all, Jason has talked to Will. Jason was one of the seven, so yea... But it wasn't like that at all. Jason told Will to give Nico space. He's Nico... was what he said. Real helpful. Then Bianca pulled Will aside and said: Just don't bother Nico. So far that was two warnings about leaving the same guy he was living with right now. Great advice. Bianca has never seemed like a daughter of Hades to Will. But that one moment it slipped. Same with Jason. Instead of a warning it was like a threat.

This left Will with a problem. Nico couldn't just not talk to anyone. What was he supposed to do? If he got close to Nico, there was Jason and Bianca. If he didn't, it would get really awkward really fast for Will. Will sighed. What if you just confront him? said that small voice again. It's not like he'll kill you said the other voice. Great they're agreeing Will thought. Fine.

When was Nico coming back again? Will thought.

It's been a long time since I've added a new chapter. I didn't think it was good so I abandoned it. Then I got a review saying if there will be a new chapter. And then my friends said : WRITE IT!!! So yea here we are. Sorry if this is short and cringe worthy and terrible and so on. I'm just a beginner at this! Tell me if you want more of Solangelo Roomates...?

Nico Chapter 3

The underworld was never relaxing. Same goes for Will Solace, son of Apollo. Nico has been doing whatever it took to avoid him. Waking up early to leave ( who wakes up early?! Nico thought), finding random excuses to leave and so on. Then just when Nico thought he could live like this, Solacs ruined it.

Nico was coming back, late at night, thinking Will was already asleep. But no. Life was brutal.

Nico was walking along the hallway in the dark and found his room. He opened the door to find the lights on and a very tired looking Will.

"There you are." He said, " I've been waiting all day for you." Nico didn't know what to say.

"What do you mean?" Nico asked. Will took a deep breath, like he was about launch into a one hour speech. At that point Nico knew he was in trouble.

"Why are you constantly avoiding me?" Will said, looking straight at Nico. Very few people has the guts to do that.

"I'm not avoiding you." Nico argued. He knew it was no good.

"Every time I see you, you disappear Nico." Will said.

"Why do you care?" Nico asked. Will sighed like he knew this was coming.

"It's because we're roomates now! Get that inside your head!" Will said, a little too loud for Nico.

"Okay okay! It's nighttime. Stop shouting, you're gonna wake everyone up!" Nico said," Can we continue this in the morning? Please?" Will smiled.

"Of course." Will said," But you better keep that promise." Right now that didn't matter. All that matttered right now was sleep.

As Nico slept only one thing came into his mind:

Why did I just do that?!?!?
