Warriors: The Claws of Terror
In a forest along the two legged place were 4 clans of cats. For ages, they've been fighting. But , this story is about how a clan member terrorizes his own clan.
It was a long cold night for Fireheart. He heard weird mysterious noises all night and couldn't fall asleep. He looked around the warriors den and everyone was there except Tigerclaw. He must be on the dawn patrol. He must have taken Cinderpaw and Brackenpaw with him because they weren't in the apprentices den. Fireheart crawled back into the warriors den and fell back asleep.
"Fireheart, Fireheart," Graystripe called. Wake up! Bluestar is on the high rock. We are having a meeting."
"About what?" Spat Fireheart.
"I don't know. Just come on!" Graystripe mewed.
"Ok, ok,"said Fireheart. "I'm coming."
Bluestar sat atop the highrock, and waited for everyone to gather.
A terrible thing has happened," Bluestar began. "Cinderpaw has died in a horrific accident." The crowd looked at each other in shock. Fireheart was devistated, Cinderpaw had been his apprentice and now she was dead? But how? He thought to himself.
Bluestar went on. Tigerclaw has told me that Cinderpaw was killed on patrol of Shadowclan. "But why did they kill her?" Spat out Brindleface in anger. Brindleface was Cinderpaws mother.
Tigerclaw joined Bluestar atop the high rock. He said, "She saw a finch and ran after it into shadowclan's territory. They spotted her and and then killed her. There was nothing I could do. I'm so sorry." Out of the corner of his eye , he saw Brackenpaw looking worried and upset outside the apprentices den. Brackenpaw was Cinderpaw's brother. "Graystripe , why does Brackenpaw look worried?" Asked Fireheart. "He's probably upset." mewed Graystripe. "His sister just died, imagine how you would feel." "Yeah your probably right." spat Fireheart. "The visiual will began now. Said Bluestar.
Fireheart walked over to Cinderpaw's body. It had just hit him that she was dead. He would lay with her the rest of the night. As cats came and past, Brindleface and Fireheart lay by her side. Fireheart fell asleep and then woke up in the middle of the night. He had just realized that the dawn patrol was only supposed to patrol the border of Riverclan and Thunderclan not Shadowclan. What were they doing in Shadowclan territory? Tigerclaw's alibi didn't make any sense.
