I crouch the the ground, heaving in deep breathes as I try to regain oxygen lost from the blow I just received.I can't believe this is happening.
Grandfather underestimated the villian against us. Grandfather had a severely dumb moment in all of his years of genus. I wish we hadn't listened to him-if we hadn't maybe things would have turned out better.
What do we know about poweer? We train hard all our lives to get where we are, to get to a high power level, to strive to be powerful enough to protect our loved ones if something ever happens.
And when something happens again, after 10 years of peace, we're not ready for it.
I'm just a kid. Why do I have to know this?
This villian... they didn't get their power the right way.

The others....They keep their cheer. Grandpa's here, so they think it'll be fine. They don't understand.

I fight to keep my eyes open, to try to move, bjut nothing happens. I strain to hear what Grandfather's shouting, but it's so hard. It sounds like there's a river rushing through my head. As I look up at the sky, at the small round ball there..
