Summary-A Drabble In Kurama's POV As He Thinks Back On Losing Kuronue...
It was a full moon that night.
A lover's moon.
A traitor's moon.
That silver orb that mocked me with it's gentle light while you lay dying on the very earth beneath my feet. Your eyes were wide, unseeing, and locked on me. My name was on your last breath, echoing in my ears and haunting me every waking moment afterwards. I ran; I could do nothing else. It was too late to save you. My heart was pounding, blood racing and my eyes were moist with tears. I'm sorry, Kuronue. Sorry for not protecting you. I'm sorry for never confessing my feelings for you. I'm sorry I let you down, let you die. My tears fell and my heart bled as it broke. Broke for you, Kuronue.
It is a full moon tonight...
