SMITE Fanfiction 1-1, Joust
"The gods that survive will take control over the world.."
Nervously preparing, Awilix takes her trusty spear and calls out to her loyal panther. Suku emerges from a nearby bush. "Suku, come here!" she calls to him. He eagerly bounds towards her and growls with confusion. "We need to get ready Suku, we will shine!" she exclaims loudly. "Quiet down over there!" a nearby voice calls out. Coming out of the temple is Xbalanque. He walks with a smile on his face towards Awilix. "Do you always talk to your panther? God, you need a life" he jokes. Awilix sticks her tongue out at Xbalanque and keeps preparing.
Xbalanque glances towards Suku and walks towards him. "Hey buddy, you are a cute little kitty aren't you?" Xbalanque starts to say. Suku nudges him so he falls backwards onto the ground. Awilix starts to giggle and praises Suku, who looks at Xbalanque with a smug smile.
"Behold, the wonderful, beautiful, magnificent, astounding, perfect… Chang'e!" a voice yells out from behind them. Awilix and Xbalanque see Chang'e slowly coming down the stairs. "Uhm.. Who said that?" Xbalanque whispered to Awilix. "I'm not sure.. Unless she has a very manly voice, I don't think it's her... "I'm down here, numbskulls!" the voice piped out again. Awilix looks at the ground in front of her and sees the Jade Rabbit, looking rather agitated. "Oh, I'm sorry little guy, I didn't see you there! You look so adorable, don't you!" Awilix brightly says.
The Jade Rabbit looks even more annoyed and starts to ignore Awilix. He turns to Xbalanque. "I suppose you are Xbalanque… You don't look all that much, but I suppose you will do." The Jade Rabbit says cruelly. "Suku look! I found some lunch for you!" Xbalanque exclaims loudly. Suku's ears perk up as he hears that and looks hungrily towards the Jade Rabbit. "What? Oh no.. no no no… I'm not for ea- " he tries to say, but Suku then licks him and picks him up by the neck.
Chang'e looks alarmed as she tries to pry the Rabbit from Suku's mouth. "Unhand me vile beast or you will be put into a stew!" he cries out. "Suku! Put down that rabbit right now!" Awilix says loudly. Suku immediately drops the rabbit and sits obediently.
"We've spent too much time messing around!" The Jade Rabbit says trying to shake the slobber of of it. "We need to get ready for the battle!" he cries out. "You're right little bunny.. Lets get ready guys!" Awilix says out loud. The Jade Rabbit looks at the ground and sighs. "Imbecile" he mutters.
That was part 1 of my new Fanfiction series! I'm new to this website, so I would like a bit of help learning how to use it.
Anyway, 1-2 will be coming soon, where the battle will start.
