Frozen ...

in a past better left forgotten.

Sasuke once again is dreaming about the day his brother killed his family. He twists and turns in his sleep. Watching it all unravel in fear. Knowing the end yet not able to wake up. His brother is brutally murdering their clan. Him crying and not able to lift a finger to help. As one after another a beloved family member falls never to rise again.

'Mother? Mother please get up!' Sasuke cries on his mothers still corpse

Sasuke cries harder knowing that she will never mover again and that she is no longer with him. He watches each and every family member fall to the hand of his brother. Why? Why does life have to be so cruel? The cousins he played wih. The aunt that always got him out of touble. The uncle who always had some candy to give. They all perish at his brothers cruel hands.

When Itachi is done killing everyone he starts walking towards Sasuke. Sasuke; frozen in fear, he cant even think. Itachi grabs him by the hair and throws him at the wall.

'Did you think you could be happy?' Itachi snarls in his face 'a coward like you?'

Sasuke only whimpers in return.

'Don't forget this. I will forever haunt your dreams until the day I die.' Itachi punchers each word with a swift and painful poke in the chest. 'Remember this and come after me… if you don't your dreams will forever be a nightmare and soon so will your waking life'

'Don't you ever forget all the pain and your past or you'll live to regret it' Itachi told him in a solemn voice 'Rember where ever you are i can still hurt you in your dreams...'

All the while Itachi was pacing the room. When he was finsihed talking he started to advance on Sasuke. Coming closer inch by inch. Growing more menacing by the second. When he came within arms reach he started to reach out ...

'Sasuke?... Sasuke? Wake up!' a gentle voice reaches into his nightmare and pulls him free.
