First Kiss
Hermione was sat by the window in the girl's dorm, up in the Gryffindor tower. She had been sitting gazing out of the window for the past 15 minutes instead of doing her potions essay. She was watching the owls swooping in and out of the owlery going about their business delivering letters when she snapped out of her day dream by a loud bang and a distinct curse, "BLOODY HELL!" She chuckled to herself, "Ron." She got up and went to see what that scruffy, ginger haired boy she'd started crushing on had done this time.
"Ronald Clumsy Weasley what have you…" she started to shout but as she got to the top of the girls steps she saw Ron in a messy heap of ginger, carpet and what was that? Chocolates?
Ron had triggered the stairs to switch into a slide, Hermione gracefully slide down and landed on her feet at the bottom next to Ron.
"Want a hand?" she asked holding her hand out.
Ron took hold of her hand and pulled himself up.
Ron's cheeks had gone almost as red as his hair, he looked at his feet and mumbled quickly, "Wannagoforawalk?"
"What?" Hermione questioned with a puzzled look on her face.
"Wanna go for a walk?" Ron repeated. Without any hesitation Hermione nodded.
They were walking down by the lake when Ron stopped and turned to look at the girl he had been crushing on ever since he could remember. He could see her hands were shaking so he took hold of them.
"It's lovely weath…" Hermione stated but didn't get a chance to finish before Ron kissed her lightly on her lips. Hermione's cheeks suddenly matched Ron's hair, without hesitating she kissed him back.
"I love you" they said in unison.
