Saturday. The best days on the BUS. Coulson was convinced Saturdays were made for sleep and no working. Skye could bother everyone relentlessly, Ward could help her train for a few hours, May could pilot the BUS and take a few hours for herself, and FitzSimmons could...do whatever FitzSimmons does.

Sometimes experiments that no one understood, or particularly wanted to understand, or other times they could get everyone to play a card game or watch a movie. Other times, Saturdays were quiet and they would stay in their rooms, alone, reading books or catching up on lost sleep.

Simmons paced around the kitchen, turning towards the refrigerator before shaking her head and heading to the pantry, and once gain shaking her head and turning around to pace again.

Skye watches silently from the table, munching on a cookie and raising her eyebrows at her friend.

"Simmons?" She continues to pace. "Simmons?" More pacing. "Jemma!" Skye snaps, making Jemma glance over at her, startled, as if realizing she had just gotten there.

"Yes, Skye?" Her eyes focus on the fridge once again before turning towards Skye.

"What are you doing?" Skye asks, finishing off the cookie and grabbing another from the box.

"Deciding between popcorn and candy, obviously." Jemma rolls her eyes, looking innocent and worried, like a puppy around new people.

"I don't think anyone would care if you take both." Skye stifles a smile behind her cookie.

Simmons' eyes brighten and she nods her head. "Of course, of course," she mumbles, grabbing both the candy and the popcorn. She stands and waits while it pops, biting her nails and nibbling on the candy while she waits.

Skye watches as she leaves the kitchen and walk farther and farther down the hall...and straight past her own room. Skye groans and stands to go get Jemma, who is clearly confused and walked right by her room, when she realized that Jemma had just gone into Fitz' room.

Skye continues to walk after Simmons, her curiosity getting the better of her. She gets up to the door and peeks in, catching a scene that makes her smile.

Simmons and Fitz sit side by side on the bed, hands deep inside the bowls of food, eyes glued to the tv, which plays Snow White. They mouth every word, entranced by the movie, not noticing Skye to their right, leaning against the door, giggling softly at the two. She watches as Fitz says something too quiet for her to catch, and Simmons laughs and knocks him with her elbow.

"What are you doing?" Skye jumps and spins around, finding Ward not two steps behind her, eyes raised and stern face on. She sighs and then shushes him, motioning to the scene before them.

"You're spying on FitzSimmons?"

"I wouldn't call it spying but more of a...not known watching." Skye grins. Ward shrugs and watches the two for a moment before turning back to the girl in front of him.

"We should leave them. They deserve a little time to themselves." Ward shuts the door and turns to go, hearing Skye groan behind him, before trudging after him.

"They're with each other every second of the day, Ward."

"And you know this how? Oh!" Ward says sarcastically. "Because you see, to always be watching them. You should be training." A light smile shadows his mouth.

"Is that the only word you know? Because I swear that its all you've said for the past few weeks."

"Maybe if you actually trained I wouldn't have to continuously tell you to."

"Oh go cry about it, Ward!" Skye shouts to his retreating form down the stairs, smiling before returning to her box of cookies and resisting the urge to snap some pictures of FitzSimmons on her phone.
