Okay. For the most part, I'm known for my Fullmetal Alchemist fanfiction, but this is my first foray into writing for Supernatural. Let me know what you think.
Supernatural and all associated characters and situations are owned by Eric Kripke. If they weren't, Castiel would be at my mercy.
All flames will be sent to the appropriate archangel.

Ten Songs Loathed by Sam Winchester
#
"Heat of the Moment" by Asia
After the day (or the hundred Tuesdays and one very bad Wednesday, depending on who you asked) the Winchester boys spent at the Mystery Spot, Dean's tape with that song on it vanished, only to mysteriously reappear under the front wheels of the Impala.
#
"Premonition" by John Fogerty
"I hate you sometimes," Sam said. "You do know that, don't you?"
Dean returned his little brother's glare with a broad grin, and went right back to singing along.
#
"Evil Walks" by AD/DC
"Funny," Lucifer said, "I always thought that was one of their best."
Sam pressed his fingers into the gash on his palm and focused on putting one foot in front of the other, with Lucifer keeping pace beside him.
#
"Sympathy For the Devil" by the Rolling Stones
Sam had met him and been possessed by him, and the guy was a dick. He deserved no sympathy whatsoever.
#
"Long Time" by Boston
For some reason that song had started to give both him and Dean the creeps after they'd left Lake Silencio.
#
"Carry On, Wayward Son" by Kansas
Once upon a time, Sam actually liked that song. The past few years or so, though, it seemed like every time he heard it, the day ended with himself or his brother either hurt, dead, traumatized, or dropped into another plane of existence without hope of rescue.
#
"Witchy Woman" by the Eagles
Again, he used to like this song, but these days, it reminded him too much of Ruby. Ironically, though, it was one of Cas's favorites because it reminded him of Meg.
#
"Heaven is a Place on Earth" by Belinda Carlisle
Sam liked the girl groups of the eighties marginally less than he did the bands his brother inflicted on him. However, thanks to Jess, he was far more familiar with them than he'd have liked.
Between losing her and finding out that Heaven was populated by assholes with wings, he had come to the conclusion that the song was nothing more than propaganda.
#
"I'm Your Boogie Man" by KC and the Sunshine Band
Watching the devil himself make like John Travolta in "Saturday Night Fever" was a sight for no man's eyes, hallucination or not.
#
"The Living Years" by Mike and the Mechanics
He hadn't been able to listen to that song since his father died. It was just too close.
