"Where are we going Sev?" queried Harry.
"I told you already. We are going to the Weaselys. Now shush."
As Severus led a very pregnant Harry along the path, Harry couldn't help but wonder where they were going. He hoped they got there soon. He and their little one were getting tired and hungry. Plus he was didn't relish the idea of going to the Weaselys to be fussed over. He loved them dearly but since he had gotten pregnant they all fussed over him too much! 'Do you need a pillow?' 'Here's some juice. Gotta keep you and junior hydrated.' 'Eat up! You are eating for two now'
Blimey! Harry was sick of it! If one person came near him with a pillow or a glass of juice he thought he may just go mad.
As they walked into the Burrow it was dark. Suddenly the lights turned on and everyone shouted surprise! Harry quickly realized that it was a baby shower. For him! He just turned to look at Severus, who was looking a little sheepish. "I know you said you didn't want one, but we thought you deserved one." Severus said by way of an explanation.
"Thank you. All of you thank you." Harry said, tears shining bright in his eyes. Damn hormones. Later on in the party he pulled Severus aside. "Why didn't you just tell me about the baby shower?"
"I told you. I just didn't tell you the whole story." Severus said with a mischievous glint in his eye.
