Asleep within myself

I see you,
I see the truth in you.
I see myself.
The mirror of truth,
that blinds us into thinking,
that a reality is a truth and,
a dream is a reality.

I have walked. I have wandered for a long time just thinking. Just thinking that I am not yet to whom I will become.

I am asleep within myself.

No one sees me. No one sees me as me. My eyes, my personality, my flaws are not truly me. The truth of me is that which is hidden under all that wishes not to be.

I am asleep within myself.

I am no one. I am that which wishes to be. To be other then what you make me to be.

I am asleep within myself.

You call me what you wish. You wish me to be like you. Like everyone who wishes to be more like the model you made yourself out to be. To be non-existant in my world.

I am asleep within myself.

I am no one.
I am what you want me to be.
I disappear to reappear to be just like you.
I change. I die. This is how you want it to be.
I will forever be asleep within myself.
I, Princess Serenity, will forever be asleep within myself.
