This story brings to life Wirathe (pronounced Wi-ra-he with a silent T), the last member of the Eldar Faunas, a forgotten race that bore the burden of protecting mankind from the grim. He has come to warn Ozpin of an impending attack from the lord of the Grim, although forgotten in myth, both the eldar and grim himself are very, very real.

Blake watched from her dorm window as the man walked into Beacon. He seemed to be about 19 and would normally be in his second year at Beacon Academy. At a distance he looked like he was attired in simple robes, then she noticed his armour, it was bone white with mysterious black markings on it. The markings resembled those of the Grim. She gasped, the mask he was wearing looked like Adams, except this mans mask covered his whole face. He was unusually tall for his age, and looked to be well over six feet tall. Then it struck her, he had wings, not angelic wings, more the wings of a large bird of prey, like an eagle or falcon. But these wings were pure white, this man was an elder faunas. Blake backed away from the window and rushes off to find Ruby, Weiss and Yang.

Under the mask the young man smiles.

"But Yang..." pleads Ruby. Yang sighs and pushes Ruby back onto her bed. "No Ruby, I've already give you two glasses of this stuff and you know your not allowed whiskey at Beacon." Weiss looks over from the corner and nods approvingly at Yang. "Your sisters right, plus, remember what happened last time we smuggled whiskey into Beacon, you almo"- Weiss was cut of as Blake burst through the door. "Guys, we may have a problem." Weiss looks at Blake suspiciously. " What do you mean MAY have a problem?" Blake was panting as if she had ran the whole way to their secret drinking hideout, since coming to Beacon, all of the girls had developed a taste for whiskey.

Blake looked each of the girls in the eye. "There is an Eldar Faunas at the gates asking to see us."
