Until Kaname heard someone utter the word 'average' about Kuran Yuuki.
No, Yuuki was not average. She had been trained and brought up to date wonderfully on politics of the Vampire world, her face was crafted by God himself. She was the epitome of all things that made the Kuran family notable.
Dark red-brown hair and eyes of fine wine, long lashes that cast perfect shadows on her ivory, high bones cheeks. Her body was slender, hips fanning out in a way that was neither obnoxious or too slight!
Looking across the room towards Kaname's target, the aristocrat that had dared to utter such words about his dearest Yuuki, Kaname motioned for Aidou to step forward from his pace in the room.
"Yes, Kaname-Sama?" The blonde asked, his ice blue eyes curiously cautious for the reason he'd been beckoned.
"That is Shirahana Izuya, the man who's currently being funded by the Kuran Corp., yes?" Aidou nodded. "Cut his funding down twenty percent."
Aidou shivered at the hard look to his bosses face. "If he asks way?"
Kaname's mouth twitched slightly. "If he asks why, address a personal audience between the two of us." Aidou bowed, stepping away from him, a sense of dread curing in his belly. Kaname had the look of a protective mother on his face, and somewhere in the room Shirahana Izuya. Across the ballroom Yuuki smiled at her elder brother, completely at ease chatting with some of the Aristocrats wives.
Aidou shivered again, feeling completely terrified. Someday, someone was going to die because of that girl.
Weather she knew it, or not.
Its funny because our beloved Kaname is acting like a Momma bear. Like biiitcchh, das mah child!
