Ouch, that hurts," Jack complained.

"Sorry no sympathy here," replied Owen as he continued his work.

"You'd have already healed by now if you hadn't died five times yesterday," Ianto added.

"It's not like I tried to get killed on purpose," Jack complained.

"True; you just went barreling into blind alleys and warehouses full of Weevils without thinking searching for those items that fell through the rift," replied Ianto.

"They were emitting energy and could have been dangerous."

"But they weren't dangerous were they Jack?" Owen asked.

"No," Jack admitted.

"All done," Owen said as he stood up. "You'll have to use crutches at least until tomorrow. You should be right as rain if you rest and don't leave the Hub today and tonight."

"Fine," Jack said. He used the crutches to get to his office. Walking past Ianto he heard Jack mutter, "I can't believe I ripped all the ligaments in my ankle tripping over the edge of a swimming pool."

Later, Ianto took a cup of coffee to Jack. He was sitting in his chair with his ankle propped up on a stool.

"Thank you Ianto, I needed a coffee fix," Jack said.

"No problem Jack," Ianto said. He sat on the edge of Jack's desk and said, "Tosh finished analyzing the two items we found yesterday."

"Did she find out what they are?" Jack asked.

"Yep; congratulations Jack, you saved the world from the alien equivalents of a Wii game and a remote-control car," Ianto replied repressing a smile
