While he's sleeping, drag his mattress out to the ocean and set him afloat
Dye his cape bright yellow
For his birthday, buy him a wig
Buy him a lot of drinks and watch the show
Force him to relive the 'pie in the face' incident
Tickle him
I'm so evil to him but, it's sooo much fun because he's like, too perfect in the anime.
