"Only You"

Disclaimer: Meh.

A/N: Implied Dramione and laden with jealousy.

She felt awkward.

If she could check in a mirror, she was sure that she'd look awkward.

She felt so out of place in between the three well-poised blonds who were currently talking politics in front of her. What was a girl supposed to do in her place? Seeing nothing else to do, she started stuffing herself with the delicious chocolate pudding in front of her.

"-what do you think, Miss Weasley?" Astoria Malfoy, Scorpius' mother, suddenly asked, looking shrewdly at her.

She choked and started coughing into her napkin. "I'm sorry?" she gasped out.

Draco snorted and said rather provokingly, "You seemed to have inherited your father's clumsiness."

Rose blushed in embarrassment and she had to bite her tongue to stop herself from saying something stupid to him.

Scorpius reached for her hand, squeezing it reassuringly, all the while directing warning glares at his father. "I happen to like her that way."

Rose smiled softly at Scorpius and turned back to Draco. "With all due respect, Mr. Malfoy," she started, "I pride myself on being just like my dad."

Draco smirked at her words. "You're wrong," he remarked simply.

Rose raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me?"

"You're more like your mother," was his reply. "You've got your mother's eyes."

"'You've got your mother's eyes.'" Astoria mimicked just as soon as she and Draco had entered their room. "And of course you would know all about Hermione Granger's eyes won't you?"

Draco rolled his eyes as he undid his tie but refrained from saying anything except, "She goes by Hermione Weasley now."

"Is that all you have to say?" Astoria asked. "Are you not even going to assure me that it's not uncommon for you to notice her eyes?"

"Astoria, my love," Draco wrapped his arms around her lovingly, "I think you are overreacting. It's not uncommon for me to notice her eyes. There's nothing going on between us. You have nothing to worry about."

She leaned her head on his chest. "Are you just saying that because I asked you to or do you really mean it?"

He smiled. "Think about this logically, love. Why would I want to have anything to do with Hermione Weasley, or any other women too, for that matter, if I have you?"

Her lips curved up into a small but content smile. "Oh, Draco," she sighed, "The things you say some times…"

As Draco drew her into a kiss, Astoria had, once again, no doubt that she was the only one for Draco.
