He asked her to leave. With him. To his place. And she said yes.
If she was being completely honest, it was all a blur. And before she knew it her back was pressed against Deeks' front door and he was pressed against her other side.
His lips were soft yet firm. Salty yet sweet. They were oxi morons. And, god, was he a moron too. Six months and five days. That is how long it has been since he had kissed her. And that is the number of days she had been trying to get over him, attempting to convince herself that it was just a silly mistake or that things had changed. And for what? For him to just kiss her again? Like all of her work was for nothing? As she said- moron. But if this was what him being a moron felt like she wanted him to be a jerk to her.
The kiss was desperate and slowly getting more so. Her needy lips matched his. She'd never tasted perfection before, but she was sure this was pretty damn close.
"We should... inside" Deeks mumbled, clearly trying to form his thoughts. Kensi muttered some incoherent form of mutual agreement into his lips.
Deeks scrambled for his keys, trying and failing to multitask between the door and Kensi. He opted to focus on the door for ten seconds then quickly brought his attention back to Kensi. God, he was nervous. He wasn't even sure he was processing the things that were happening. Just that he likes it a lot. He liked the way she pressed her body against his, he liked the way she smiled into his lips, and he really liked the way she ran her fingers through his hair. Instead of telling her that he moaned his approval.
His place was messy, and there were too many things in the way of his bedroom. It was especially difficult to get the two of them through. She wrapped her arms above his shoulders and linked her hands behind his head as his arms slowly made his way down her body to her thighs, stopping to appreciate every curve along the way(i.e. her butt). In one jolt her legs were wrapped around his hips. Every touch was even more desperate than the last.
As Deeks carried Kensi off to his bedroom they were both too tired of fighting to stop it. In their minds they had experienced it all. In their minds this was just another step along the way. To them they were just stuck somewhere in the middle. They would have never guessed that this was only the beginning.
