This is my first poem or story, call it what you want that i'm going to submit to this website. This is set in woodcrest, I do not own the Boondocks in anyway shape or form ; this is just my favorite show that shows an african american as a rolemodel to kids every where, and this talks about how Huey actually views the world
We live in a crazy world
People wanting to show what they got
But they don't go all the way to show it at all
Damn people all around me trying to be something
That they are not and are oblivious to the whole entire world
Say this and say that, but in the end of the day it's go hard or go home
And you just came home feeling oppressed for no reason cause you didn't try
This and that always being said, the world is going to end or I'm going to get that promotion
You just won't follow through and blame the minority about stealing your property and your job
You think about it and say this what do I have to show for my self, I got a nice house and a car but with
No job my bills won't be paid for a long time, I try so hard to keep my head up but this world is a bitch and I'm now
