Here is a little one shot that I came up with in Socials class. This takes place during Goodbye. This happens in parallel to Kurt receiving his denial letter to NYADA. Just attempting to illustrate Blaine's feelings about Kurt leaving. It's also sort of a parallel towards all of us fangirls feelings before and during this episode. I hope you understood and enjoyed the double meaning of the title. Reviews would be nice. It will help me feel better as I begin the denial part of the Glee hiatus. Enjoy!

Blaine pulled into his driveway. The house lights were out, the shutters closed which meant that no on was home. Blaine breathed a sigh of relief. He was in no mood for company right now. He opened his car door and climbed out grabbing his bag.

Usually Kurt would come with him after school and they would "do homework." Honestly, Blaine was surprised he wasn't failing due to the excessive lack of homework that was getting done. But the letters had come today and Kurt had stayed behind with Rachel and Finn to open them. The letter that would decide his baby's future. The letter that decided his own future. Blaine suddenly felt a burning hatred towards the letter and wanted nothing more than to throw it into the fiery infernos of hell.

He opened his house door and leaned against the door, taking calming breaths. He ran up the stairs, two at a time, and ran straight to his room, slamming the door behind him. He turned to look at his room and was greeted with a huge mess. Books were stacked at awkward angles, defying gravity, music was strews all over the floor, and clothes lay on every surface. Blaine picked up the first article of clothing at his feet and tensed. He held Kurt's sweater. Actually, now that he looked around properly, he realized that most of this stuff was Kurt's. The room would be so empty if he left. When he left.

Blaine bit his lip as the tears came. He slid to the ground, crying hard. He held Kurt's sweater to him and breathed in the scent of Kurt. He was going to miss the familiar smell. He was going to miss Kurt's melodic voice and his lips. He was going to miss him, period. For months, he had been preparing and thought he had finally gotten used to the idea of Kurt leaving. He was so wrong.

Blaine stayed like that for who knows how long before someone tried to open the door. Blaine got up from his spot, where he had been blocking the door, and opened the door expecting his dad. But it was Kurt.

"Kurt" he breathed, trying to pull himself together. But then he looked into Kurt's face and saw that he had been crying. "Kurt, honey, what's wrong?"

"I didn't get in."
