A/N: Ok so this is my first poem and I plan to have several more in the future. I just thought this up in about an hour or so and I hope you enjoy it. Also, I should have chapter 2 of my story 1000 times up tomorrow sometime. :)
Since the first day we met
I knew you were the one for me
The one thing I will always remember
Are your gorgeous sapphire eyes, glistening like the sea
Your stunning beauty pierced my heart like a knife
To me you didn't have any flaws
From your gorgeous silver-gray coat
Down to those adorable pink-padded paws
Your smile always gave me hope
I love you from the depths of my soul
I can't imagine a life without you
Now that my heart is finally whole
Keeping you by my side each night
I know we are as close as can be
Since the day you came into my life
I knew I was finally free
