The Elders have always been trustworthy while in the Sisters' lives. What happens when Leo finds out his first wife was pregnant & had a child before he was killed in war?

Leo was killed before he heard that his wife had had their daughter. But he was turned into a whitelighter. Only, when he was able to see his past, the Elders kept him from seeing his daughter. When he asked who the little girl was that was with Lillian, his first wife, he was told it was a neighbor kid she was babysitting.
Only now Lillian was dead & she's searching for the father she's always known was alive. Her mother, Lillian always told her that her name meant the steadfast one. That is was a praise name. But she always knew she was steadfast. She had always refused to face the fact that her father had been killed in World War II. Her mother left only one note. That she should go to Los Angeles, to find her answers. Because in Los Angeles, that's where she met Leo Wyatt. But Tsunga was in for a surprise she couldn't have ever imagined. And so was her father. Could he handle her?
