Medication
Iruka has a headache. He takes what he thinks are painkillers, but the truth is revealed, much to Kakashi's surprise and delight.
Kakashi x Iruka. Shameless Smut.

"Iruka, are you okay?" asked Anko, leaning down so that he was level with the teacher. Iruka pressed his hands to his eyes and took a deep breath.
"I'm fine. Just a bit of a headache," he sighed.
"Thanks for coming by. Those damn kids are getting sneakier every year," Anko growled, glaring at the door.
"I suppose it's partially my fault for inventing these stupid pranks," Iruka sighed. He undid another chakra thread, careful not to set off the chain reaction. "Could I use your bathroom?"
"Down the corridor to the left," said Anko, "There should be painkillers in the med cabinet, if you need some," she added.
"Thanks," said Iruka.
After washing his hands, a sharp pain through his temple made Iruka decide that painkillers wouldn't be a bad idea. He opened the medicine cabinet and scanned through the various bottles of antidotes and salves when his eyes fell on a bottle of painkillers. There was a red dot drawn in the corner of the sticker which made Iruka frown, but the pill looked like a painkiller so he shrugged and took two. After drinking a couple of gulps of water, he went back outside to finish undoing the prank that Anko was unfortunate enough to have received from some no doubt very bored, but very talented, genins.
"Thanks again Iruka. See you around," Anko said gratefully when Iruka finished up and headed out. Iruka nodded.
"Thanks for the painkillers. They really helped," said Iruka as he left. After Anko shut the door behind the tanned teacher, she frowned.
Wait a minute, I ran out of painkillers this morning, she remembered. She stared at the door for a second before heading for the bathroom wondering what Iruka was talking about. She opened the medicine cabinet and scanned through the shelves before her eyes fell upon the innocent bottle with a red dot on the sticker. Her face turned red when she realized what happened. Iruka mistook her specialized aphrodisiac pills for painkillers. They were especially made with the effect of causing the taker to have more energy to please somebody they loved by being able to sense their lover's most sensitive chakra points. She counted the remaining pills and her eyes widened further.
"Iruka…you're in for one hell of an evening," she mused, a deviant grin on her face as she walked away, imagining the sorts of adventures the innocent chuunin might have tonight.
