Hi friends, so I was doing some thinking. About the episode "The Collector". And was wondering what happened in the Agreste home, in the time between when Gabriel was turned back to normal. And before the book was returned. If you like this story. Please remember to RR.
Gabriel watched Ladybug and Cat Noir leap out of his sons room.
"See you very soon!" Gabriel said, with a sinister smile.
Gabriel then heard some moans coming from the hall. He walked out there and saw Adrien's bodyguard and Natalie getting up off the ground. They looked up at their boss.
Natalie looked at Gabriel, with of look of wanting to slap him. If she could do it without getting fired. Gabriel knew he would probably deserve it. Even though Natalie knew about his plan. He had left out the part where he was going to make her and Adrien's bodyguard apart of his "collection."
Gabriel then remembered he had not seen Adrien yet. And wanted to make sure he was okay. Gabriel went back into his sons room. To see Adrien coming out his bathroom.
Gabriel was happy to see Adrien. And to see he had not been hurt. He went over to his son. And placed his hands on his shoulders.
"Adrien, are you alright? Where were you hiding?" Gabriel asked.
"Oh, um, under my sink. Where I keep my towels." Adrian replied.
"Why was your window open then?" Gabriel asked.
"I thought maybe if you saw the window open. It would throw you off. And it seemed to work." Adrien replied.
Gabriel sighed, he had no intentions to actually hurt Adrien. But, when he got akumatized. It was like all his common sense went out the window. And he would of happily trapped his own son in his collection book.
I'm sorry, I'm sorry I got so angry about a book. I should of known that kind of anger would get me akumatized." Gabriel replied.
"It was my fault, I shouldn't of taken the book. I just never knew about the safe behind the picture of mom. And I was wondering what you were hiding back there." Adrien replied.
"No, you should't have taken it. And sometimes adults have secrets. And there is no need to go digging through my stuff. If I want you to know about it, I will tell you myself." Gabriel replied.
"I know, I'm sorry." Adrien replied.
Gabriel nodded and went to speak, when he heard Adrien's door open. He looked back to see Natalie.
"Mr. Agreste, there is someone here to see you." Natalie said, with a hint of annoyance still in her voice.
Gabriel sighed, "Alright, I will be back son."
Gabriel followed Natalie out of his sons room. And Plagg flew over to Adrien.
"You didn't ask him about school." Plagg said.
Adrien sighed, "I took something from my father. That I had no right of taking. And that can't be replaced. And then I lost it. If my father wants to punish me by taking school away. Then I have no room to argue."
Out in the hall, Gabriel followed Natalie down the steps and he saw the baker's daughter standing at the bottom of the steps.
"Why is the bakers daughter at my house? Wait a minute...THE BOOK!"
So, just a simple one shot. I know not the most interesting. But, hopefully it was just a nice little read. As always, if you enjoyed please remember to RR, Until next time my friends, Blessings! Butterfly582!
