OK People! I'm still new to this site, but I've been reading for years. I love Harry Potter, and had this idea for a while. Hope you enjoy!

Disclaimer: Unless J. K. Rowling leaves Harry Potter to me in her will, I will never own it. Now on with the story!

The war was all over. The Marauders were officially gone. Tonks and Remus had died in the final battle, leaving me to deal with Teddy, my godson. Like his mom, he was a Metamorphmagus. He was attending this year. I'm finally doing something I love. Teaching at Hogwarts.

McGonagall is our new Headmistress. Ron became the flying coach after Madam Hooch retired and became the Gryffindor head-of-house. Moine became a Muggle/Magic teacher and is the new head of Ravenclaw. She teaches the Muggleborns about the magic world and Purebloods about the muggle world.

Ginny, my beautiful wife, is the new Charms teacher, and head of Hufflepuff. Luna is our new Divination teacher, and is still freaking people out with her ways. Neville, her husband, is the new Herbology teacher(no surprise).

Draco, yes Draco Malfoy, became the new Runes and Arithmancy teacher. As a hobby, he teaches students about curses and their counters. His wife, Astoria, is our Transfiguration teacher. George, while running his business, became our COMC teacher.

Me? Well, I'm the DADA professor with a dueling club for my extracurricular. Most surprising? I became the head of Slytherin. The Sorting Hat itself put us all in our positions.

One day over the holidays, I was walking with George or, as he likes to be called now, Gred, we heard a bang in one of the nearby classrooms. As soon as I heard it, I yelled out, "PEEVES!" while Gred just chuckled. We rushed into the classroom, but what we saw broke our hearts and made us freeze.

There, over a toppled over suit of armor, were the ghosts of the Marauders. My dad was beaming, laughing his ass off at our expressions. Remus was smiling and whispering, "Cub," under his breath. Sirius, being the retard he is, wasn't paying attention and looking at the fourth and final member of the group. Fred was standing on the armors chest, but when he saw us, he rushed over to George.

"Now, don't cry Georgie. It won't do you any good." Fred was wiping the tears off of George's face.

"You ok there Pup? :giggle: Don't tell me! :snort: You saw a ghost!" Sirius doubled over in laughter at his joke then he floated over and draped his arm over my shoulder, and my dad was laughing, but he floated over and wrapped me in a proper hug, with Padfoot still at my side..

"Don't worry Cub. We'll never leave again." Moony had come up behind us, and was hugging both of us to his chest.

"Hey there son. Missed you for so long. Now that you're a teacher, we can see each other all school year." My dad was whispering in my ear. For the first time since the war, I cried. The Marauders adopted my brother, and I will never have to say goodbye again.

"Hey Moony?" I whispered. He perked up and said 'yeah?' "Your son is attending this year. He knows who you are. He never forgot. He is a Metamorphmagus like Tonks." Moony started tearing up. "I have told him stories of you, and I am now his legal guardian." Moony was crying now. He pulled me tighter to his chest muttering thank you over and over again. Now my family is complete.
