He came, hoping to see the crying, little girl by the river again.
He could never show her the person he'd become but he could always watch her from afar.
One last time, both thought.
She left when he didn't come.
He came when she was leaving.
The wind whispered what their hearts knew.
Are you here? Why do I feel you are here?
Paths almost crossed.
Destiny changed its course.
It wasn't the time for them to meet, yet.
