Ceaser Flickerman's POV

"Hey Ceaser, did you finish making the arena?" I hear my colleague say. "Yes, it's done" "What is it?" I respond to him by saying " A desert. But don't worry, there will be lakes and things like that, so the tributes don't get dehydrated"
