Furi...Kuri..??
"Yo, Dinner time!" Nothing ever changes in this town, better yet this house. My dad still says the same thing for dinner every night. I walked down the steps and I had to step over miyu miyu. God that cat was getting fat! I came into the dinner room to see that dad, grandpa and Canti had already started without me. Canti had prepared Spicy fried chicken. Damn I hate spicy stuff! I sat down to begin my meal when my dad broke the silence. "So, Naota, what do you plan to do for your fifteenth birthday? I was thinking of getting some strip.!" "No! I said it last year and I'll say it again, no strippers!" "But Naota...your becoming a man, don't you want some Furi Kuri?"
Furi Kuri? I haven't heard that word for such along time, it brought back so many memories, some of mammi and some of haruko. Mostly haruko though. "Damnit I said no last year and no this year, damn you are so perverted!" I shouted. I then walked out of the dinner room without even eating half of my spicy fried chicken.
Damn fools, they are so childish. They don't think of anything other then women and food. I lay on my bed, staring out of my window into the night sky. I could still remember the day that Haruko left. I remember staring into the sky until she was no longer visible. I was holding her guitar. It still sits in the corner of my room. I thought about playing it but I realized that it was pretty late and grandpa would get annoyed if I began to play. With one last glance into the stars I fell asleep.
"BUMMMMMMM!" With that sound I jolted awake from my sleep, Haruko always used to make that sound with the guitar when she was bored. Thinking that I was hearing things, I lay back down on the bed. "Ta-Kun, I know that your not going pretend like you didn't hear that!" This time I jumped up from the bed and hit my head on the top part of my bunk bed. This time I know I wasn't hearing things it was Haruko!" My head was in pain but it had all went away when I saw her. It was Haruko, sitting in my chair holding her bass guitar. "Haruko, is it you?" I said in a faint tone of voice.
"Of course its me, you didn't forget about me did you?" she said in that sleezy type of voice that she used to use. She began to walk over to my bed and sat next to me. God did that ever bring back memories. "So Ta- Kun, did you miss me?" She was looking dead into my eyes, I didn't know what to say to her, I blushed. She was the first person that I loved. "well I.uhh..umm."
"You missed me didn't you," She yawned, "im tired, will you let me sleep down here tonight instead of the top bunk, I wanna be next to my Ta" My cheeks grew hotter then they ever had before. "uhh, yeah, sure." I said really nervously. I lay back down on my bed and so did Haruko. I stared at her and she stared at me. It was a long moment of silence, but I broke it with the billion dollar question. "So where have you been this whole time?"
"Don't worry about that now, lets get some sleep," she cuddled up next to me and warmed me up. Soon she was sound asleep, well I wouldn't actually say sound, she does snore really loud.
