Greetings, and welcome to .hack Paradise, my idea for an original .hack story. It takes place twenty years after .hack g.u. It's still The World R.2. but after many many many expansion packs. It has the following jobs.
Marksman: Uses Dual Guns.
Dragoons: Uses Rifles
Hunter: Uses Bows
Gladiator: Uses heavy swords
Fencer: Uses Rapiers
Soldier: Uses Spears
Ninja: Uses Daggers
Tamer: Uses Whips
Shaman: Offensive Magic/De-buffs
Priest: Healing Magic/Buffs
Dancer: Uses Fans
Monk: Uses Pole-arms
Martial Artist: Unarmed

Vol. 1 Awakening
Chapter 1: The Twilight Bracelet
"Andy." Leave me alone. "Andy." Go away. "Andy! The bell final bell is about to ring!"
"Say that first next time!" I woke up. I was sleeping on the school desk in my last class. The bell that school's out is about to ring. Summer vacation is a time for two whole months of no homework, hanging with friends, and non-stop video games. Stan couldn't sit still as he stared at the clock. The bell rang, and we were out before you could say terror of death.
"Oh man, I am to play The World nonstop!"
"That can't be healthy."
"Like your one to talk?" He had a point, I was a bigger addict then him.
We both stopped by the GameFreak to get the latest expansion pack for it- Twilight Offerings. I read the description for the new stuff. The standard new items, quests, and monsters, but being the obsessive compulsive gamer I am I just have to have it. Stan and I said our goodbyes, but we knew we would meet in the online world…In The World. When I got home I was greeted by my mother.
"Enjoy your last day of Tenth Grade?" Duh. I just ignored her and went to my room. I booted up my computer, put on the headset, and started playing.
Character Name: Mori
Class: Marksman
My char. Mori uses guns, as is the class's main weapon. He has black Hair, loose red cloths, and glasses. It was a spur of the moment idea.
Mac Anu has changed over the history of the game. It's so much bigger now, but I'm happy that the perpetual setting sun is still the same. I looked around and found Stan, or should I say Nats34X the Bishop, his char. resembles a brown haired priest only with shoulder pads and a mace. "So, want to explore some of the new areas of the expansion pack?" I nodded, and then typed in the command to nod. We went to the quest shop and skimmed the new quests. "Here's an interesting one. Twilight Offerings. This must be the main quest of the game. I know you wanna try it. Trigger finger itchy eh." He's so good at reading me.
Loading: Hidden Forbidden Arena
A Hidden Forbidden area! I thought all of them had been found out by now. "Time to clean house." I said as I charged. We found ourselves in a large roman style arena. The seats are empty though, no grand applaud for the victor. The gate behind us closed, and the gate in front of us opened.
"All right, show us the boss!" Nats said. Out of the gate popped a large suit of armor. In one hand a sword and the other a skull. Wait a minute, this is an old enemy from the R1 version of The World. Not only that, but if memory serves right this enemy is only level 5. What gives! I shot it and that was that. "So anticlimactic." Nats complained.
Nothing else came out of the gate, so I turned to the other one. We're still locked in. Is this a glitch. "What gives. This is so stupid. Any idea Nats?" No response. "Nats!" Still no response. I turned around and saw that the enemy was still alive, and Nats has disappeared. Weird, if it killed him it would leave a ghost. I shot the monster. Nothing happened. It got closer and closer. Even if it did hit me, my stats are too high for it right…Right!? It stopped in front of me, raised it's sword, and swung down.
