this is just a little poem I wrote....the movie RENT inspired me....soooo...yeah

I will not give in

You can Make me laugh….go ahead….but I will not give in to happiness.

You can Try to make me love you again but….I will not give in to the constant lies.

I can Be pushed….kicked….burned….but I will not give in to the pain inside.

Say all You like, tease me, make me cry….but I will not give in to hurting myself.

I grow weary of your lies, tired of your so-called love,

Sometimes life can be so scary that I turn to sleep to escape the nightmares,

escape the pain,

escape you……

But you will never leave….

you constantly tear me up inside….

You kick me down so you can feel strong.

Strike me out so you can win the game.

Beat my outside so your inside is better….

I grow weary…..

But you never leave…..

I grow strong…..

But you cut me down….

I want to sleep peacefully again! eternal sleep is my only bliss…..

But I will not give in to inner peace.

Good-bye my so-called love…..
