The sun was rising above the mountains as Mr. Darcy made his way back home. He hated when he was called to London on business it always meant he was away from his wife. She made his life brighter and made him smile a lot more then he use to. She even got him onto the dance floor a few times. As he came about the bend and he saw his house he kicked his horse into a gallop. He spotted his wife watching their children playing and slowed his horse to a stop. He dismounted and handed the reins to the stable hand, Dan. He would've thanked the man, but he wanted to be back in his wife's arms again.
Lizzie was watching their children play when she turned her head at the noise of someone walking towards her. Lizzie smiled when she saw her husband doing a very fast walk towards her. Once he was in front of her she spoke, "I didn't think you would be home until next week."
"I didn't think either, but once what I needed to do get done I left the rest in very good hands and made my way here." Mr. Darcy replied.
"I'm glad your back," Lizzie said as she went into her husband's arm, "I went to the doctor the other day about the sickness I was feeling."
"What did he say?" Mr. Darcy tensed up wondering what the doctor said. After one close call last year anytime she went; or the doctor came here he tensed up.
"He told me that we are going to have another baby." Lizzie looked up into his eyes and with a big grin upon her face.
"We're going to have another baby?" Mr. Darcy asked a little stunned. The tension was gone from his body.
Lizzie couldn't take the grin off her face as her husband yelled, "WE"RE GOING TO HAVE A BABY!" and swinging her around in a circle.
Once they stopped swinging they called for their children and they headed to the house. The Darcy family had come a full circle and anyone who looked upon the scene could tell that Mr. Darcy and his family were very happy.
