To Keep Yourself from Crying
.
It's one of those moments when one has to make the ultimate decision, to stay or leave. When he had stumbled upon her sitting in the middle of the Quidditch field, hair in her face, crying her heart out, he could have turned away. He could have pretended like he had never seen anything, gone back to his common, and played some Wizards' Chess with Draco or Theo.
However, he came closer.
It's always a dangerous move, getting close to a crying girl. Blaise was never one to be able to handle tears. When his mother bawled as he left for his first year at Hogwarts, he immediately became itchy, agitated, and ready to leave the scene. Merlin knows why he didn't feel like that now.
"Um… uh," Scratching his head, he stuttered. The Gryffindor redhead he had met on a handful of occasions was about ten feet ahead of him, just close enough to see her body shaking.
Ginny Weasley looked up at him, tears streaming down her face, puffy eyes, red faced, and smiling.
"I, uh… what, um…" Blaise stumbled over his words before finally exclaiming, "Are you honestly laughing?!"
She let out another string of giggles, looking completely nutter, "Sometimes all you can do is laugh to keep yourself from crying."
He nodded. The conversation fell silent.
"Harry broke up with me… for Ron."
The Italian laughed nervously, "What a wanker."
"You can sit down, you know."
And he did.

Author's Note.
Yet another drabble I've written, but this time it's for Sora Snape. Again, I'll be back to my normal stuff soon.
Prompts: "Sometimes all you can do is laugh to keep yourself from crying", rather not be paired with Harry
