Ok this is pretty shot…so I'm sorry about that! Seriously I wrote just about as much here in my little section as I did the whole fic…maybe more!
This is just something that came randomly to me today while I was watching TV. I normally write stories and this is my first one shot, so again I'm sorry if this is really bad! Its to show how badly Der should be with Mer!

P.S. By the way Goodbye my Lover and New Start may not be updated for a while because I'm really busy and I'm going away next Wednesday for Australia Day. Eyes
Filled with Emptiness
Dereks POV
I look at her from across the room. I know it's wrong. I didn't choose her, but I can't stop. I can't stop thinking about her. I can't stop wanting her. I can't stop loving her…
Her smile. I don't see it as often as I did now. She's to hurt and fragile. I can only blame myself for that. But when she does smile, on those rare occasions, the whole room lights up. She looks even more beautiful when she smiles.
Her hair. Oh god her hair. That was one of the reasons I went up to her that night in the bar. It turns golden when the sun hits her longs strands. Her hair almost seems a light brown in the evening. The smell drives me wild! I can always smell her before I can see her. That's why I never look surprised when I see her. But she'll never know that.
Her eyes. Her blue-grey eyes. Almost like rain clouds, hazy and dark. It feels like her eyes are boring into my soul when she looks at me in the eye. Her eyes are filled with truth and mischief. She notices me watching her and catches my eye. I look deeper and realize her eyes are no longer filled with mischief or truth. Her beautiful grey eyes are filled with emptiness.
