"Everyone we have a new friend." The teacher said snapping Kaito and the rest if the class out of their conversations.
"Ohayō, my names Miyoko Fye." The dark red haired girl said smiling. The boys had hearts in their eyes and Akako looked displeased. Miyoko's light green eyes shined with mystery, that caught Kaito's eye. Later in the day, the police got a letter from a mysterious Midnight Rose saying that she will steal the 'rainbow moon' at the same time as Kaito Kid is supposed to steal the 'blue diamond'.
"Ho, they are calling it the battle of magicians? Hardly I just want the pearl and not just a fake." A shadowed figure said with a sly smirk as their dark cherry red coat fluttered in the night wind.
"Well, well if it isn't the Midnight Rose," Akako said behind the figure.
"Ah, so the witch has shown herself huh?" The figure said turning around revealing a silver mask and a black suit with a bright red undershirt and a black tie.
"I never expected you to be a girl and come to Japan," Akako said. Rose smirked and pulled down her cherry red fedora over her eyes.
"I have my reasons for coming from Italy. Now if you excuse me it's show time." Rose smirked disappearing in a puff of smoke. Clicking, of heels, were heard coming towards the room where both the blue diamond and the rainbow moon are being held and 'guarded'. The police quieted and looked towards the only door. The footsteps came to a stop and standing there was none other than Midnight Rose.
"IT'S ROSE! GET HER!" The detective that was always after her when she comes to Japan yelled. Rose smirked and just as the police pounced all they got were black roses pricking them.
"Now now that's no way to greet a lady," Rose said standing by Nakamori-san. Said detective looked at her with a faint blush. The masked girl smiled and tipped her hat.
"Hoho so another magician joins the party." Kaito Kid said cheekily standing on top of the pile of policemen that tried to pounce on Rose.
"Kid. The blue diamond is all yours I've got my prize." Rose said walking away now behind Kid. The police stood there dumbfounded as they watched Rose disappear into thin air. Kid, himself was surprised at how Rose just disappeared. After that, the usual chase began and another failed attempt to capture both phantom thieves piled on.
