'Percy-y-y,' Oliver whined, drawing out the last vowel as he plopped onto the threadbare couch in the small flat they shared together. Percy was at the kitchen table, his nose buried in a book and surrounded by papers as usual. He looked up and blinked tiredly.
'What?' he said, yawning.
'Put the books away and come have a drink with me.' Oliver took a hearty swig from his bottle of beer and patted the cushion beside him. Percy yawned.
'Can't. This report is due tomorrow!'
'You're no fun,' Oliver said as he stood and walked over to the kitchen, setting his drink on the table and wrapping his strong arms around Percy's neck.
'None. I'm an old man,' Percy mumbled into the crook of his boyfriend's elbow.
'Don't you have practice tomorrow morning?'
'Yeah, at dawn,' Oliver said, kissing Percy's orange crown gently. He glanced at his watch. 'It's past twelve now.'
'Oh?' Percy tilted his head so as to properly see Oliver. 'Were you planning on sleeping at all tonight?'
'Hm, nope. I've got better things to do.' Oliver pressed his lips to Percy's tenderly and slid a hand down the collar of the other man's shirt to tweak a sensitive nipple. Percy forced himself to keep his head clear.
'Like… finish this report for me?' Percy said, turning his head back toward his work and trying to ignore the slow patterns Oliver was tracing on his chest. A sudden loss of warmth indicated that Oliver had retracted his arms and moved away, and Percy barely suppressed a whimper.
'Well, if you're going to be bo-o-o-oring, I might as well go to bed.' Oliver yawned dramatically, stretching his arms, his shirt riding up to reveal a toned stomach and a trail of coarse dark hair leading down. 'All alone…' He slowly backed into the small corridor and turned into their room, winking. 'By myself…' he said from within the bedroom. 'Whatever shall I do?'
Percy's eyes widened and looked down at his unfinished work. He was almost done… He stood up abruptly.
'I'll make an excuse tomorrow,' he muttered to himself before scampering to his boyfriend.
'That's more like it,' Oliver growled as he pulled down Percy's head to meet his mouth.
