Author's note: Hey everyone I'm back again with another Rise of the Guardians fiction! This happened just because of how close it is to Christmas, and where I live didn't have a white Christmas. So I wrote this because my feelings about the subject just had to come out. Also, I fail at write a Russian accent. Sorry.

Disclaimer: I don't own any characters, holidays or anything else mentioned. Just the story itself.

Christmas has never been Jacks favorite time of year; North becomes way too busy to give him any attention and then people all around the world wish for a white Christmas. It's great when people ask for snow, but half the word asking at once makes his head spin. He can't be everywhere at once and can never make his way around the globe. He absolutely hated letting people down, and worse yet it happens every single year. That is usually what destroys Jacks Christmas mood; knowing that he can't do what is asked of him, especially when no one asks anything of him the rest of the year.

People want a white Christmas, like it was part of what defined Christmas. A time that is all about family, friends, company, and getting together to show children the joy and wonder that can be witnessed in the world. It being a white Christmas never had anything to do with North's holiday, yet people want it all the same.

So it was Christmas Eve, and Jack was sitting down on his frozen lake, not wanting to send his snow anywhere. He wasn't appreciated for the rest of the year; why should he listen to the people now? What would it do for him, besides give him a lot of work to do? Work isn't any fun, and he didn't want to spend a holiday working. The point of not having his own holiday was so he didn't have to work!

"Jack! Vhat are you still doing around here? It's Christmas, the vorld needs to be white!" North shouted from his slay, while landing. Jack watched as the jolly guardian jumped up and over the side and jogged up to him. For a fat, older guy; North could really move. "You should answer me Jack; it's not good to not listen to your elders." North continued while heaving out a little from lack of breath.

"North this is your holiday not mine, besides you should get out and start handing out your presents to the children. I'll be right behind you, spreading the cold." Jack said in a dull voice, he didn't believe himself. "I do not believe you Jack. You look to unhappy to spread the veather of cheer. Do you have a problem son?" North looked concerned and that alone made Jack feel just a little bit better.

"I don't like how people only want me around for one day a year and it's not even my special day, it's yours." Jack frowned. Yet North seemed unfazed and answered immediately; "Jack Christmas is not about me or snow, it's about making people happy. That is something I vork hard for every year and vill never stop vorking for. It's all that is important."

Jack was about to answer when North patted his head. He knew that North thought of him like a son, yet had never had comfort from him before, this was new. Another surprise happened when North spoke again; "After come back to the Pole and ve shall celebrate together."

Jack smiled, this was great. No one had ever spent a Christmas with him before and already couldn't wait. Jack smiled widely; maybe snow could be a part of everyone's Christmas after all. Especially if that meant a little bit of Jack Frost could be celebrated with it.

And that's it, sorry it's so short. I hope you like it review your thoughts away I love reading them!
