Chapter One
Mysterious Dilemmas
"Oooooh I want one!!"
"Yeah me too!!" as a frantic blonde hoisted her arm along with her nice sum of rabbits.
"C' mon Hotaru hand'em over!! I wanna see the pic of Ruka's boxers!!"
With that Hotaru slowly brought out the huge A4 size photo of her latest blackmail scheme, you can only guess the humiliation and anger running through our animal lovers' blood. He boiled and steamed endlessly as the smoke spot out of him. And with that he stormed off into the dark forest, his kingdom. Raising his arms, all his little friends were his last resort to some sanity left within him. He didn't understand why Hotaru did this stuff the way she does, I mean can a person be that cold.
"Uhhhh… Hotaru?" As an extremely persistent brunette snuck behind her.
"What. I'm busy now…" She continued distributing the pages.
"Well, uhhh you know that, the more you do this, the harder it's gonna be to confess your real feelings for Ruka…"
"WHAT DID YOU SAY BAKA!?" With that flew about three dozen shots from her baka gun, a girl's only bestest best friend.
She couldn't help wonder as she nearly blew away her 32nd shot at Mikan, about what she said, about Ruka, about him, the way his blonde hair blew in the wind, the way you could just jump into the vast oceans of his marine blue eyes, the way his perfect body huffed when he walked, how cute he looked when he got angry… but that was just for a brief moment, JUST A MOMENT!
"Oh Hotaru… didn't expect that… naughty, naughty" As peeving golden brown haired mind-reader, walked passed the dilemma.

BAM! BAM! BAM! … … … … … Ahhhhhhh!! …
Today really was Hotaru's day, she was sick of all this litter, and slithered away back to class. Not until there was an announcement, all the students gathered in their benches, as Narumi walked into the room. His palms held together he spoke,
"Class, I have wonderful news! We have two new students joining us! Please come in Anastasia and Ariel."
The whole class broke out into little whispers as a girl and boy entered with perfect harmony. They both looked quite alike, guessing twins, navy blue locks, and palest skin ever, with foggy ash orbs. The girl, Anastasia, had long swirls of hair, reaching her lower waist, the boys awed at her since she was the most beautiful female they had ever seen, her sight was always to the ground. The boy, Ariel, too had long razor straight locks up to the beginning of his extremely sexy abs, with two bangs framing his drop dead gorgeous face. The girls couldn't help giggle as his sight skimmed across every face in the class.
"Well they're twins as you can see class, so both of you guys tell the class a bit about yourselves"
"Well I'm Anastasia and this is my brother, Ariel, my Alice is water."
"And my Alice is ice…" the class gasped. "Did I say something wrong?"
"Oh nothing Ariel, please take a seat, you too Anastasia, now class- ……" Narumi was cut off by the sudden entrance of Jinno, who called Narumi outside. "Just a moment class…"
Anastasia walked down the benches until a very eager but seriously bruised Mikan jumped in front of her.
"Hiya! I'm Mikan! Anastasia huh, really pretty name!"
"Thank you… uhhh… its nice to meet you, Mikan is a cool name too"
"Oh thanks! Hey! You wanna sit with me!?"
"Uh sure, I'd love to" With that landed the sweetest, cutest, absolutely perfect smile on our Ana's lips. She graciously sat beside Mikan who didn't notice the bit of annoyance from our black kitty cat, Natsume, who would rather be using this opportunity gorging on his girlfriend's neck when she, Mikan, is yapping her life away with her new little friend.
While that happened, everyone could just stare at Ariel, he needed a place to occupy and found himself with the sudden approach of another female.
"Look, Ariel, you're Alice is ice right?"
"Yeah"
"Umm… ok, the name's Sumire, I'm the 'it' girl of this class" Sumire knew she had no chance at all with Natsume now that he and Mikan are together so she needed a new project, and let's just say she found the perfect replacement. "And since you're new, I'll give you the escort around school"
"I guess that's ok, but I think I don't need your help miss, though…" he closed on her earlobe, "But I appreciate the favor and concern"
Sumire couldn't help but yelp out thus mistakenly anime shrinking, with that he smirked as he walked away. All the girls awed in jealousy, for the first time, Sumire never knew what this felt like, to actually have people envy her for once. Feels great.
"Well Ana, mind if I call you Ana?"
"No way, call me whatever you like"
"As a new student, you need an escort to show you around, so I'll take that privilege!"
"Great, thanks, you're a lot of help"
"So, how about I introduce you to the other students and my friends!!"
"Uhhh… I don't know … I- ……"
"C'mon!! Get up already!!" Mikan sat up as she tugged on Anastasia's arm, who was keen on sitting pretty at the seat for where she exactly she was.
"Really Mikan… I'd rather not…"
"No way! You have to meet everyone else"
"Everyone take your seats, class settle down, so let's just skip the small talk, already a lot of time has been wasted, so class today we'll discuss-…"
So after the boring, boring lectures of class yawn ……
"Okay! Now Ana!" She yet again clutched onto her fragile wrist, and yanked with her full body force. "Coooooommmmeee ooooooooooooonnnnnn!!"
"Fine… I guess" With that she quickly stood to her feet, thus having our Mikan fall back on the floor, thus also accidentally leaving her legs wide open enough revealing her polka's to give Natsume a good reminder of what they should be doing right now instead of wasting time, his control just can't bear long.
"Cool! Let's go Ana!" She got up from the floor, taking Ana's arm she first and foremost had to introduce her most important person. "This is Natsume Hyuga"
"Uhh… hello nice to meet you, uhh her friend?" She kept her sweet, innocent smile like she always did.
"No. Boyfriend. And don't you ever forget it."
"Natsume!" As a puffed up Mikan stuck her hands on her hips "How could you be so rude?!"
"Oh sorry, my mistake Natsume won't happen again" There was one thing weird about this girl, she never in her life could be vile, harsh, rude nor mean, just kind, sweet and innocent. Creepy … yup, your average goody-two-shoo…
"O c'mon, you need to meet my other friends!" Mikan could only drag her friend away as she looked into the harsh ice given off from Natsume, wondering how awesome it would have been watching these two totally opposite people fall so much in love.
"Anyways! Ana, this is Hotaru, my best friend!"
"Hi, pleasure to meet you"
"I suppose, I return the greeting" Hotaru like always remained toneless, but slightly hesitating eye contact as a very pretty blonde headed boy walked passed their way.
"O wait! Hey!" As Mikan yet again dragged Ana to Ruka, who just entered the classroom.
"Hey Ruka! This is Anastasia! She's new here and my new friend!"
"Oh hello Anastasia, I see you have a good taste in friends" Ruka politely spoke as he stroked his cute rabbit, leaving some untidy fur to stick up.
"Thank you, Mikan is absolutely wonderful, she's helped me a lot, and it's really nice to have met you as well" Ana slightly slouched forward, putting one of her hands on her knees, than slowly scratching under the rabbits chin with the other, it seemed to definitely like it considering the smile it plastered and they way it arched up for more. "Cute rabbit you have here, it's beautiful"
"Thank you, my Alice is for animals, I can understand them like people, so I love nature"
"I love nature too, I love taking photographs of nature, and usually I'm always with my camera, video taping anything interesting, but I think beauty is a gift for earth not humans"
"Well said, anyways, it was nice talking to you, bye" Ruka turned around, giving a brief glance at Hotaru, who still refused eye contact.
"So Ana let me give you that tour of our school!" Mikan yet again, grabbed the wrist of Anastasia, who had no choice but to follow.
The two passed around every nook and cranny, of every place of Alice Academy, until it was time for them to go their separate ways. They stopped in front of Ana's room door.
"Thanks a bunch for showing me around, didn't know what I would do without you, you're a really good friend" As Ana opened her door, entering, and then looking back at Mikan.
"No way! It was my pleasure! Plus I'm not your friend! From now on, I'm your best friend! What do you say?!" Mikan popped her hand out for a handshake on it.
"That'd be great!" Her always perfected smile turned into a grin as she shook Mikan's hand. "Okay see you tomorrow Mikan!"
"Yeah bye!"
With that Mikan walked away as the door shut. The halls were giving off a menacing vibe, almost threatening; the shadows looked grim at her, the silence was unbearable and it caused Mikan to pick up the pace, she heard a noise, she began running, not until a very muscular arm grabbed her waist and mouth, pulling her petite body into the darkness…
"Ahhhhh!"
"Sshhh…" as a flame arose from the fingertip of her kidnapper, revealing his gorgeous face, as he, with his another hand's thumb pressing against Mikan's soft, tender lips.
"Don't be afraid, it's me"
"Natsume? …"
He smirked. "That's right baby, your one and only"
"What are we doing here in a freaking closet??"
"You're about to find out"
In seconds he closed the gap between them, locking a forceful frenchie, their tongues twined like mad but sorry to say it didn't lust enough… you'll see what I mean…
"Wait Natsume…"
"What is it?"
"Ummm… I really am not good at this stuff… and I think we should wait… I don't think I'm ready for this kind of stuff yet… sorry"
"Uhhh… sure I guess" he planted a cute crooked smile, letting go of his grip on her.
"Thank you so much…again… sorry" Mikan quickly ran as fast as she could. She knew how much she wanted Natsume but she just couldn't, there was something deep in her stopping her, she hated not giving into him but there was a feeling, insecurity, she trusted Natsume with everything, with her life, her soul, but she just, needed time, the perfect time, that's all…
