Annabeth's P.O.V
I sat down at the pavillion and waited for Percy and Nico. I smiled at the thougth that it was all a dream. It was all good. I laughed, my voice sounding carefree and joyful.
"What's the occasion?" asked Thalia slipping next to me.
"Huh? Aren't you supposed to be with the hunters?" I asked. Thalia shrugged.
"Artemis said it was time for a break. Got a couple of weeks off. So why do you seem so happy?" She looked at me her electric blue eyes boring in to me.
"Weren't you there this morning when me and Percy told you guys the story? And why aren't you at the Zeus table?" I asked her, smiling. Thalia looked at me.
"What?" I asked, shoving her playfully. She shrugged.
"Annabeth, I came this morning. So... why do you seem so happy? Like you won a thousand drachmas?" wondered Thalia biting into breakfest, which was apparently pancakes and grape soda.
"I'll tell you later." I said. My stomach growled and I got up and headed to get breakfest. I grabbed it and headed back to my table. No one dared to tell Thalia to leave. Percy finally came into the pavillion, but he looked pale and worried. I waved at him and he nodded. He went over to eat and sat at his table. What was up with him? I finished my breakfest quickly and walked over to him.
"Hey, Seaweedbrain." I said as I sat beside him. I looked at him worried expression.
"What's wrong?" I asked. He hesitated.
"Nothing..." he muttered. We both stayed quiet for a long time.
"Okay..let's go see the others then?" I suggested. He smiled, lightly. I pulled him up and we both jogged over to our friends. Piper, Nico, Jason, Leo, and Thalia lounged lazily under a tree.
"Heey." called Piper.
"Hey." I said as Percy and I took a seat.
"It's supposed to be great." said Jason, sarcastically.
"Probably just some more corny songs and smores." said Leo.
"Duh." added Nico.
"Huh? What are you guys talking about?" I asked, raising my eyebrows. Piper laughed.
"Oh c'mon. Even you should have remembered." My expression didn't change. I looked over at Percy who was staring intently at Nico. I slapped his arm.
"OW?" cried Percy. He fell over and fake sobbed. We cracked up. He sat back up and looked at em.
"So, what did you want?" he asked.
"Were you even listening?" I demanded.
"Nope." he said. "Percy!" I said slapping him again. He rubbed his arm and grinned.
"Honesty is the best policy." he said. We cracked up again.
"Okay, so are you gonna tell me or what?" asked Percy, catching his breath.
"Well, do you know what they are talking about?" I exclaimed. Percy gave me and exasperated look.
"I told you, I wasn't listening!" he said and he fell over.
"Oh my gods." I muttered.
"So you guys wanna tell me what your talking about?" I said, eyeing my friends.
"THE CAMPFIRE FIESTA! CHA CHA CHA!" bursted Leo. I laughed. It was great to now they were still here.
"If you guys go, I'll go." I said, happily. They looked at me in confusion.
"What?" I asked, selfconciously.
"Well, you told us yesterday, and I quote: 'It's a waste of time. I have more important hings to do!'" mocked Leo, so Thalia knocked him down.
"What more importnat things could I be doing?" I asked, smiling.
Piper spoke up.
"You said you were looking over Dadaelus' invetions...on the laptop?"
