Finn stared at the ceiling wondering, "How did I get myself into this." It wasn't supposed to like this. Really, he just assumed that he and Rider would be like him and Will, Mr. Schue, no he said call him Will. But it wasn't and it was up to him to fix.

"Hey," a tenor voice interrupted Finn's thought. Glancing up Finn sighed in relief at seeing his step-brother Kurt. "What was so important that I had to hop a train immediately and give up mani/pedi's with Alice Roi," Kurt asks looking concerned. "She's important isn't she, I should know who she is," Finn says. Finn feels bad, to drag Kurt in person back to Lima but he needed him, needed someone who would understand on so many levels.

"Finn," Kurt snaps at him. "Sorry, sorry, it's just, it's all wrong," Finn said standing starting to pace as his fingers drag through his dark waves. "What, what is all wrong Finn," Kurt askes annoyed. "Me, teaching, Ryder," Finn says in half thoughts. "Are you kidding you're a great teacher, and Ryder, he looks up to, I'd go as far as saying he adores you," Finn says looking surprised. "That's just it," Finn says flopping back in the chair, "Ryder kissed me."

Kurt sits surprised, how did he gaydar not ping on that one? "He kissed you, like got too caught in the moment, or like," Kurt starts but is interrupted by Finn, "Like the first time I kissed Rachel." Kurt nods in understanding his mouth making an "O." "What did you say," Kurt asked. "I didn't get a chance to say anything, he ran off," Finn said. "Oh God, you were his first kiss, that's so cute," Kurt squeals. "I don't know that," Finn says defensively. "I do, I totally do, but Finn, you're a teacher, you can't, unless, are you, I don't know, interested," Kurt asks. Finn gives Kurt a look that says so much in the way of no, "I love Rachel, I want to be with Rachel, I think Ryder's great, but, I'm not interested," Finn says, "But how do I tell him without hurting him."

"You just did," Finn spins towards the door, "Ryder." Ryder stands in the door, nervous and unaware, "I, I don't know what came over me," Ryder says dropping his back pack and walking in. "It's just, I felt a tug, and I'm go with your gut kind of guy, and I know you're not, gay, I know, I met Rachel, and she's beautiful, and sexy, and you're a lucky guy," Ryder rambles on. "Ryder, dude, it's okay, I'm more concern with you," Finn says offering the sophomore a seat. "You know my brother Kurt," Finn says gesturing at Kurt. "Yeah, hey man," Ryder says sitting down across from the two.

"So, we're good, you know we're teacher-student, friends, but not that kind of friends," Finn says cautiously. "Yeah, I knew then, I just, sometimes, I meet someone and the pull there is so strong, like when I met Marley, and she's beautiful and so kind and sweet," Ryder said obviously conflicted, "But then there's you and I'm pulled to you and you're so amazing, it's like you make a room light up." Kurt smiles and asks, "Can I ask a question." Ryder nods, "Ryder, you've kissed Marley right," Kurt asks. Ryder nods shyly, "And now you've kissed Finn," Ryder's ears turn red with embarrassment. "Did you like one better than the other," Kurt asks. "No, it was, they were different, not in a bad way, just different," Ryder says finding it hard to explain. "Ryder, you're bi," Kurt states with an endearing smile as Ryder's face becomes even more confused. "It's short for bi-sexual, you like guys and girls, it's okay, there's nothing wrong with you, you just don't have a preference," Kurt explained. "So wait, I don't like just girls, or just boys, can you do that," Ryder asks. Finn nods, "Yeah man you can."
