The night Percy disapeared everything came crashing down. The camp boarders went down letting

deadly creatures attack the campers. Chiron let Annabeth search for Percy; instead of him making it

to Camp Jupiter; Annabeth found him dead... or was he.

Chapter 1: Missing| Annabeth's POV

After parting with Percy I head back to my cabin, where my half-brothers and sister

and I stayed for the summer. When I walked in I was greeted with very excited campers,

tomorrow was capture the flag. The hunters had to stay here when Artemis, the Goddess of

hunting and the moon, said she had an important meeting with the other Gods and

Goddesses. The camp was determined to win.

"Lights out!" I yell over the noise. All I hear is a bunch of disapointed teenagers as the

lights shut off, and the noise settles. I climb into bed and shut my lamp off, making it

completly dark in the cabin. I sit up in my bed listening to the slow breathing of the tired

campers. I lean back and smile. I love it here. Even with all of the monster fighting. Camp

Half-blood where I met all of my friends and fit in. I close my eyes and go to sleep.

I woke up when I heard the sounds of terrified campers. I jumped out of bed in my

PJ's and walk out of the camp to find campers fighting off all kinds of creatures. I hear a

shriek behind me and grab the nearest this I can reach, a stick. I spin with the stick out. I don't

have enough time to see what it was before it turns into a pile of dust. I scan the crowd

looking for any signs of Percy. I didn't see my seaweed brain anywhere. I see an opening and

ran to his cabin. I opened the sea green door and nothing. He wasn't here either. All there

was was a note. I pick it up and read it.

Your "Seaweed Brain" seems to have left you

He won't be coming back

Unless you can find him

I won't be giving you hints my Dear Annabeth.

But I will tell you. Search for him alone.

With love,

Hera

That stupid Goddess. I ran back to my cabin dodging other campers and monster

bodies. I grabbed my already packed bag, which I have made for situations like this. I run to

the big house and saw Chiron, the centuar, and hand him the note. The only thing the wise

centuar did was nod. That was all I needed to know. I will find my Seaweed Brain.

Authors note: This is my first fanfiction account I have posted on this account. I

had another that I didn't go on for the longest time and forgot the user and password... opps

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed it. I will try to update it as often as I can. I am really busy this

summer though so it might not happen. Review please. I will try to get the next chapter up

when I can! I hope you liked it! ~ Believe-in-dragons
