chris never knew he had to face the decision. when he gets confronted by jake, that has captured leon, claire. and jill and has put them into a glass wall full of poisonous gas that could kill in less than 1 minute. either he sacrifices himself for his friends and family. or sacrifices them, escapes from jake and the rest of the game about him only. only one can live.
