Sammy
By Dean Winchester.
Sammy is my brother. Sammy just turned four.
He likes chocolate milk and dolphins,
And answering the door.
Sammy doesn't understand
Why we move around so much.
He asks me every day,
When I pack his lunch.
I tell him Dad has to work.
That it's hard to understand.
He tells me let him try.
I tell him that I can't.
See, Sammy doesn't know
That monsters are real.
My Dad fights them, and I help,
That's our deal.
But Sammy doesn't know.
I don't want him to.
I want him to stay a kid forever, just learning how to tie his shoes.
