Payback is a bitch, especially when you have Heiwajima Shizuo as your nemesis and the Orihara twins as your sisters. The idea is taken from light novel number 4, I just made it come true~ :D

Unlike Shizu-chan who could withstand the impact of a truck, he, Orihara Izaya, could not. There was blood and there was a tremendous amount of pain that was splitting him apart. His eyes were clenched and all the bad things that he did came back to him in one harsh blow.
But there was no regret for all the lives he had ruined because everything had been so much fun.
A pained gasp for his happy laugh.
Izaya let go on the dirty Ikebukuro roads and parted his eyes a slit.
He wanted the sky, a continuous stretch of blue that would welcome him with hidden stars too dull to shine in the morning light. But what he saw instead were his sisters. Black hair with red eyes, just like him.
Kururi was staring down at him.
And Mairu was in the background paying off the dump truck driver.
Realization in resemblance of dread settled inside him.
He knew he should have known.
One word for his genuine understanding.
"…Traitors."
Mairu came over just in time to hear his last accusation and with that single word, her lips curved into a stretch and Kururi's eyes twinkled with blood red glee. They were coy and they reminded him of him. Him as in Orihara Izaya, of course.
"We love Iza-nii."
Mairu started with a coo as she crouched down to marvel at her brother. Brushing back his black bangs, Kururi continued softly.
"But… we love Shizuo-san more."
