Ok I've seen a few people do this so I decided to do one of these now here's the app
Name: (What is your pokemon's name?)
Species: (What kind of pokemon is it and no legendary's)
Gender: (You know what I mean Male or female)
Moves: (Only four moves aloud and it can be egg moves TMS and HMS as well as long as the pokemon can learn it)
Skills: (What is your pokemon good at, like is it a good swimming or a good rock climber etc)
Fears: (What is your pokemon afraid of and do not say it's fearless because everyone is Afraid of something)
Relationship: (Do you want your pokemon to have a Relationship in the fic just say yes or no)
Evolve: (Do you want your pokemon to evolve if your pokemon can't evolve or can't evolve any further leave this blank)
Anything Else:
