Harry must be 7 or over
Harry must be abused- doesn't matter if it is emotional/sexual/neglect/or physical
Harry potter must be the half or full sibling of a preventer agent - must be a pilot-
Harry must be taken in and raised by all the pilots
He can see and feel auras and telekinesis powers -one or both-
Power kicks in when book starts - no background training
Must work on being able to control powers
Dumbledore can be manipulative, evil or nice
Sirius must escape Azkaban
Pilots must be involved with other pilots
Harry must not be with Ginny in any sexual way of his choice
