She pressed her forehead into the stubble on his chin, kissing his neck. Above them the sun lingered on the horizon painting the sky a rainbow of color. She pulled away and let a slow smile split her lips.
He was puffin on a cigarette

She smiled to the sky lost in her daydream, he couldn't help but stare at the soft planes of her face, the face he saw every morning and every night, the face he was absolutely and completely in love with.
He got up and shook his head and he said

He reached toward and stroked her cheek before pulling away again. God, she didn't see how magnificent she was.

He leaned over and he kissed her
He pressed as much of himself into that kiss as he could. She deserved so much more, there was just too much he couldn't give her. He breathed in her scent, and brushed his lips over her closed eyelids and her nose.

She laughed to his straight face, he didn't seem to get that she already knew this, she'd thought of everything, everything she was willing to give up for him.
She said nice try

When she looked up at him through her shiny eyes, he couldn't help the happy grin that slid across his face, he pushed away a few pieces of hair that were stuck to the tearstained cheeks. She smiled back with all she had.
