"Hello, guys!" Alice said, excited, to the group.
"Hi, Alice."
"Well, tonight we have some new members" she started, proud of her own job. "and… I guess that they should start. Who wanna be the first?" No one answered. She walked until she was at Edward's side. "Edward, why don't you start?"
"But I'm not new!"
"Edward…"
"Okay… Hi, my name is Edward and I don't drink human blood since 2005, which gives me nine years." Everyone clapped. "Happy now?"
"Yeah! Thank you, Edward!" She gave him a prize.
Nine years – a day at a time.
Everyone had his or her chance, including Carlisle – who won a prize where it was written 79 years – a year at a time. – who became VA's hero.
"So, Aro would you like to go now?"
"Actually, I came just to see-" Alice stopped at his side.
"Did you forget the 'premonition'?"
"Well… I… My name is Aro and I don't drink human blood since ten minutes ago…"Alice was the only on clapping – the reunion started five minutes ago, so the last time Aro drank blood was five minutes before it starts; that wasn't exactly the VA's point…
She gave him his prize – Ten minutes – a second at a time, it said.
