(Echo Creek Park)
A pair of Laser Puppies were summoned from a dimensional portal, and they walked aimlessly until they spotted a pair of teenagers eyeing each other. One of the teenagers was a girl with long blonde hair and blue eyes who was wearing a red headband with two pointy horns, a dark blue dress and purple boots that looked like sharks. Her name was Star Butterfly.
The other had brown hair and eyes and was wearing a grey shirt, a red hooded jacket, dark grey pants and olive and green sneakers. His name was Marco Diaz.
Suddenly, the puppies heard the teenagers whistling, so they separated and each one went to one of the teens. They were promptly picked and the duo eyed each other with determination as they lifted the laser puppies.
A long time passed... and then Star aimed her laser puppy and it shot a laser at Marco, who dodged and quickly counterattacked with his puppy's laser. The laser-shooting continued and the teenagers dodged the lasers as they ran for cover. One of them hid behind a trashcan while the other hid behind a tree.
Another long time passed, one so long a tumbleweed casually passed by. Marco slightly peeked out of his hiding spot, and was then immediately almost hit by a laser shot by Star's laser puppy, who shot like nuts as Marco quickly hid back and waited for an opportunity to strike. When it became clear Star would not stop shooting, he came out of hiding and started to shoot her.
Star also came out of hiding as she continued her shots, dodging Marco's puppy's lasers while he dodged her puppies' lasers.
As the battle raged, several objects were hit by some of the lasers, being greatly damaged or even exploding in collision. Benches, trees, even a pumpkin stand whose owner shouted "My pumpkins!" in horror once it exploded.
The battle eventually reached a point where the Puppies charged their lasers, their eyes constantly changing colors as they charged. Once their charging had finished, they flashed white and the teenagers aimed at each other, the puppies shooting out huge lasers that collided with each other, causing an explosion.
Star and Marco stood and tried to not be blown away by the sheer intensity of the explosion. The smoke resulting from it soon dissipated to show a good deal of stuff destroyed, and Star and Marco having a bit of dust in their clothing.
The duo, who quickly wiped off the dust, got ready to shoot the decisive laser. However, once they aimed their laser puppies, all that came out was an adorable bark. Apparently, the charged lasers took the power they had left.
Seeing that, the teenagers shrugged and released the puppies, who walked to the portal where they came through. It blinked out of existence once the puppies went through it.
With that done, the teenagers walked until they met face-to-face... and then shaked hands.
"You were quite good Star." Marco complimented.
"You weren't half bad either Marco." Star complimented in return.
And then they looked around and saw the sheer destruction they had recently caused. "Guess we have some cleaning to do." Marco remarked.
He then turned to see Star had already left... and was already cleaning part of the park with a broom she got out of... nowhere, perhaps. Marco sighed at the sight, shook his head and then joined the girl, the girl giving the boy another broom so the two would work together.
