The Engagement
Blaine and Rachel were sitting in the living room to their beautiful house, they had been together for little over a year now and Rachel was still wondering why Blaine hadn't asked her to marry him, they acted like a married couple all the times, he introduced her as his wife to all of the people that they meet together, so why not make it official. They had their family over and Rachel was laughing at something that Sarah Anderson (Blaine's sister) said; Blaine was admiring the way his family accepted her like she was already part of the family. He smiled and couched making a suggestion to everyone that he wanted to say something. "Rachiebear, I hope you think I'm not moving too fast. But I have loved you ever since I saw you. I love you unconditionally. I love you more than anything or anyone. I know we have talked about it. And about starting a family. And, we're in Paris so I thought it would be perfect. I promise to love you forever. And ever. And always. I will never hurt you. I will do anything to make you happy. So..." Blaine Got down onto one knee in front of her "Rachel Berry, will you do me the honor. Of being my wife?" he smiled hopefully, he really didn't want her to turn him down in front of his entire family! Rachel gasped, then said what she had been waiting to say all her life "yes, I will marry you my Blaineykins" she was really happy as he slid the ring on her finger that she could barely keep the smile of her face. Blaine smiled and hugged tightly, then he looked at her "You're serious? You're not playing around right?" he wanted to make sure she was certain she wanted to marry him, he wasn't convinced himself as she said yes. Rachel just laughed and hugged him tightly "Blaine I'm serious, I want to marry you" Blaine smiled "I love you!" he declared as he picked Rachel up and hugged her tight spinning her around. Rachel smiled and hugged him tightly "I love you too!" she managed to get out of giggles as he spun her around.
A few minutes later everyone was back to talking amongst themselves giving the happy couple some time to themselves, Rachel was sat on Blaine's lap and he had his arms wrapped securely around her waist, both of them looking at the engagement ring that was on Rachel's finger. Blaine smiled to himself "I meant that. I don't know about forever. I mean, what's longer? Forever or always?" he asked her as he played with the ring on her finger. They were in their own little world. Rachel smiled "Forever would be best that was the sweetest speech ever baby!" she smiled, she was so proud to say that she could call Blaine Anderson her fiancée. And soon she could introduce herself as Rachel Anderson. Blaine smiled "I just told you all that I feel about you. I tried to explain it the best way I could. Because I can't really explain." He said, which made Rachel blush as she said "It was so cute baby, trust me. You did a great job explaining" He smiled and held her tightly against him pressing a delicate kiss to her neck "I tried babe" he knew how much she loved the romantic side of him. "It was perfect, you explained it perfectly. I love you" Rachel reassured him. Blaine said "I love you" to which Rachel replied "I love you too"
