~S1~ CH 1: Lily's Bite
October 9th, 2018:
Today was Lily's field trip to one of Oscorp's science exhibits. Lily was your average everyday fourteen-year-old. Wearing a black tee shirt, lavender vest, lavender skirt, lavender knee high socks, black mary jane shoes, and wore a lavender scrunchy to keep a tuft of hair up on the back of her creamy toned blonde hair and all, Lily was an artist, she loved to draw and all.
At the exhibit, Lily was with her friends. Two girls and two boys, almost a perfect balance between genders, names were Lillie Anderson and Kate Tallman, Max Anderson and... And Carlitos Casagrande...
If you couldn't tell, Lily had a crush on Carlitos. It's to the point where she had... uhhm! Lady wet dreams about him. It's normal. Anyways besides gushing over him, she had a fun time at the exhibit, she was quite fascinated with the little creatures, lizards, scorpions, and spiders. It was said that they were radioactive and due to safety reasons had extra security on them to avoid any of them from biting the students.
What they didn't know was that some of the spiders were from Oscorp and as a result, were stolen from people who wanted to sell them, however one evaded capture and settled up a web to an unseen location. Lily had to take a break, as she drank from the drinking fountain, as she was drinking, everyone moved on to the exbits, after she was done, she went into the opposite direction, it was an exbit full of spiders, she realized her mistake and got out of there. Not realizing the escaped spider latched on to her. It was what scientist's called an 'Arachnind OZ Jumper Experimention 00' and it stayed hidden from Lily, intending on biting her.
As she got back to her friends, they were a bit worried that she went off but shrugged it off. Later on it was the end of the field trip, everyone went home, especially Lily. The spider was still hidden though. As she reached home she went to her room and did what she does best, drawing doodles, that kind of stuff. However as she was drawing, the spider crawled it's way on to her hand and that's when she finally noticed it, she gasped at the sight of it and it bit her hand with it's sharp fangs, releasing it's radioactive venom into her skin, immediately turning some of her blood cells glowing.
Lily however didn't scream or yelp, in fact she didn't feel any pain at all, all she gave was an unimpressed look, she simply smacked the spider off, still unimpressed. And just shrugs the whole thing off.
Later That Night
It was around two am, Lily woke up in the middle of the night she felt a bit weird but still the same. She tried to open his door when the knob came off so easily.
"Odd." Lily noted
Lily tried letting go of the knob as it was stuck to her hand, then unexpectedly it fell off when she got annoyed, she puts the handle back to where it was and twisting it left, opening the door
'That was unusual' Lily thought
Lily then goes downstairs, left right through the dining area, right into the kitchen and at the fridge to get a drink something then she realized something very unexpected. Once she went downstairs, she got startled by a loud noise he heard it still impacted the area like an earthquake even though it was just some loud noise. The minute he touched the ceiling like cats in cartoons would do. Lily looked where she was and was surprised he could be on the ceiling. It took her like five seconds to figure out her situation, Lily tried to come down from the ceiling but however her fingers were stuck to the ceiling.
"Oh great! Now I'm stuck, oh what bad thing could happen to me now!?" Lily sarcastically said
Lily took a moment before she took her fingers off the ceiling and falling flat on to the hard floor, she slowly stood up and started limping through the dinning room, up the stairs, to the left and into the linen closet. As Lily sat down on her bed, she started to think for a moment...
She had spider powers... Just like her brother! But how exactly?... Unless...
Of Course! The spider that bit her earlier. It must've been radioactive, which she assumed was a normal one. It must've somehow latched on to her when she was at that science exhibit. How can she comprehend this? Can she even handle this? Will she tell her brother? Or Anyone?! UGH! This Is So Confusing!
Why is she afraid? He's Spider-Man! For crying out loud, he'll definitely help her with the situation.
But First... She had to go to sleep. So she laid down on her bed, covered herself up with the blanket and closed her eyes and goes to sleep.
The Morning/October 10th, 2018
Lily was downstairs in the dining room, eating breakfast, which was a bowl full of milk and cereal as one would expect. She still felt tired but only a little bit. She didn't live alone, not yet at least but then there's her brother living here with his wife. Lincoln had the house since... Forever. Speaking of Lincoln, he comes into the dining room, looking tired n stuff.
"Good morning Lily." Lincoln greeted with a drowsy voice
"Morning Lincoln." Lily greeted back
An awkward silence follows after both siblings greeted each other as Lincoln makes black coffee while Lily eats her cereal in silence in a uncomfortable amount of time. Lily decided to break the silence.
"Sooo... Something weird came up last night."
"Wet dreams?" Lincoln asked
This caused Lily an uncomfortable chuckle.
"No... No not this time, no some other thing else came up."
"Wet dreams about girls?"
"NO WET DREAMS!"
"Alright alright I'm sorry, seriously what is it?"
"I... I... Well um... I um... Uh..."
"Well spit it out Lily."
"Well Linky, I have spider powers."
