It was two weeks until Hogwarts started and Hermione couldn't wait.
It was 6 o'clock am and Hermione awoke to a tawny owl tapping on her window. She walked to the window and opened it. The owl flew in and a very heavy envelope on Hermione's bed and flew away.
Hermione opened the letter there was a smaller note so she opened it up first. It read:
Ms. Granger,
Congratulations! You made Head Girl. Dumbledore and I will inform you about your head duties during the fundraiser. See you then,
Prof. M. McGonagall
"Fundraiser?" Hermione thought.
There were two other letters. One was her supplies and the other must be about the fundraiser. So she opened it, a heavy Head Girl Badge fell out of it. The letter read:
7th Year Students,
We are holding a fundraiser for the end of the year graduation trip for you to go to a private island off the coast of Cuba. I am sorry to say that we can't allow magic on that island. We will give you more details at the fundraiser which will take place at noon to 5 on the outside of McDonalds next to Privet Drive. We are going to wash muggle cars. Sorry for any inconvenience.
